We're Stacy and Selim — Newton homeowners who discovered Sagamore Beach and never looked back.

What started as a dream of owning a piece of the Cape became something far more. We spent years transforming our Sagamore Beach property into the retreat it is today — and opened it to a select number of families each season who would appreciate and care for it as their own.

The questions started coming almost immediately. Friends, neighbors, and guests who wanted to do exactly what we had done — buy a Cape property, build a vacation rental, and create something of their own. That's how our consulting practice was born.

And when Stacy earned her Massachusetts Real Estate Salesperson License and launched MoonHaven Group, affiliated with Keller Williams Realty, the circle was complete. We don't just love the Cape — we help others make it their own.
