Featuring a stunning master suite overlooking the sparkling in-ground heated salt water pool. With memory foam comfort sleep King Bed, walk in closet, marble bath, chaise lounge reading area, wall mounted flat screen tv and plush carpeting. On the second floor, you will find two additional large guest bedrooms. The first bedroom includes a Queen memory foam comfort sleep bed, full size desk, window seat reading area and walk in closet. The second bedroom includes a Queen memory foam comfort sleep bed, comfy "curl-up with a book" reading chair, (2) twin trundle beds with memory foam comfort sleep mattresses, large flat screen smart tv and walk in closet. This floor also includes a separate private office and another spacious full bath with shower/tub combo and marble vanity. This beautiful home comfortably sleeps 8 people.

Have kids to entertain? Need Wi-Fi access to get some work done? Need Central A/C for those sweltering hot days of summer? We have you covered. This beautiful home offers TWO separate offices (one upstairs and one on the main floor) plus a full size desk in one of the upstairs bedrooms. Hi-Speed Wi-Fi, 4-5 large flat screen Smart TVs, PLUS a 1000+ sf movie theatre with wrap around seating and game room including ping pong, darts, foosball and loads of board games and toys! On the main floor, in addition to the master suite, you have a beautiful fireplaced living room, separate office, an eat in Chef's Kitchen with large marble island and breakfast nook, 1/2 bath and full-size laundry. Beautiful screened in Dining Area that seats eight (8) with a flat screen smart TV. Saving the best for last is the sparkling in-ground heated saltwater pool in the backyard with comfortable lounge chairs, Gas BBQ with dining table, Firepit conversation area with comfortable seating under a pergola, hammock and a yard for the kids to run and play (badminton and volleyball set available). Pool toys (pool volleyball and basketball), and floats are available as well as pool towels. Mere steps to the uncrowded Sagamore Beach with miles and miles to roam and explore. Sunrises are glorious! Beach chairs, wagon, beach toys and beach towels are available. Did I mention the "ZEN" outdoor rain shower with multiple settings for a true "SPA" experience for you to enjoy after your day at the beach? Bring your bikes too, we are an easy quick ride to Scusset Beach Reservation and the entrance to the Cape Cod Canal Bike Path that runs for 10 miles. Location is just BEFORE the bridges, so no long hours sitting in Cape traffic, a short 15 mins to Plymouth and the Mayflower, Historic Sandwich and Falmouth for access to the Shining Sea Bikepath. Ferries to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket for day trips are a quick drive away. What more could you want?

This exclusive rental has limited availability each year. The rates for peak Summer season (July & August) are $8,000 per week. Off Peak (May) is $7,500 per week with (June and September) at $7,500 per week. Additional $200 cleaning fee. Security deposit is $2,000 and will be returned in full within 14 days after rental assuming no property damage or theft. Photos are taken before and after each rental. This is our home, and we enjoy sharing it with folks who will appreciate and respect it as if it was their own. We look forward to welcoming you!
**Rentals vary from Friday to Friday OR Saturday to Saturday** with some exceptions.
CHECK IN: 4pm
CHECK OUT: 10am
Unfortunately, we cannot adjust check in and check out times. We need the full 6-hour window to completely disinfect and clean between rentals for everyone's continued safety. Thank you for your understanding.
